Bohannan Holdings’ founder, Brandon Bohannan, has started nearly a dozen companies. Some of which are part of BH today; others that have sold to multi-billion dollar, publicly traded companies. BH partners with entrepreneurs to help them achieve their dream of starting up and growing a business. From formation, to capitalization, to scaling, BH is your partner all along the way.
BH invests in interesting companies where we believe that we can add value. Bohannan Holdings is interested in companies that have a proven history of profitability, but have not achieved their full revenue potential.
Bohannan Holdings has a proven track record of helping companies grow both top and bottom line metrics. Using effective marketing, sales and distribution strategies, BH has helped guide existing companies from <$1M in revenue to $20M- $50MM numerous times. Complimenting the sales strategies with prudent financial reporting and OPEX controls ensure that BH companies not only benefit from top line growth, but maximize profitability.
The core markets that we focus our investments and time on are Home Services, Restaurants and Hospitality, Wellness and Farming and Ranching. All of our investments must somehow aligned with these 4 verticals.
Home Services.
BH all started as a result of our founder selling his home service company to ANGI. Our team all has experience in starting, operating, acquiring and selling businesses in the home service spaces. We have companies that work up and down the supply chain. From OEMs to distribution to contracting to consulting, we love home service companies.
Restaurants and Hospitality.
Bohannan Holdings’ owns a few restaurant concepts. We love to prove that our brands have product market fit, and once established we scale these concepts to multi-location businesses. Central to all the restaurant concepts is that we only use responsibly sourced and highest quality ingredients.
Wellness.
BH is passionate about all things wellness. From diet to blood panel to online wellness, we love this space and want to continue to build our portfolio within this vertical.
Ranching and Farming.
Bohannan Holdings owns and operates cattle ranches. Our ranches only use the most humane practices. Free range truly means something to us. Our cows’ genetics are top in class as are our ranching practices.
